Use the Computer
3.7.4. Charge A Spare Battery
To charge a spare battery using the desktop cradle:
1. Connect the cradle to external power by the power adapter and power cable.

The cradle’s power status LED
then lights green to signify that power is connected.
2. Click a spare battery into the cradle’s battery channel. Note the contact pins on the
battery should meet the contact pins inside the charging channel.
The cradle’s battery charging status LED
then lights orange to signify the battery
is being charged. Normally it takes 4 hours to charge the battery to full.
When the charging finishes, the cradle’s battery charging status LED
will light
green to signify the battery is fully charged. See also

It’s recommended not to recharge intermittently, which means not to plug and
unplug the power adapter frequently in a short period of time.
