3.2. Use (Physical) Function Keys
Four function keys, P1 through P4 , are recessed on the front bezel of the computer. As
long as the driver for these physical function keys is installed as described in 2.5.9. Install
Function-Keys Driver on page 34 , these keys are able to turn on/off some features
of the computer (by default). However, these keys can be re-defined to launch certain
application program installed on the computer. See 4.1. ARBOR System Suite on page
64 for details.
After the driver is installed as described in 2.5.9. Install Function-Keys Driver on page
34 , the function keys are to perform the following functions by default:

Turns on/off Wi-Fi
P2
Turns on/off Touch Screen
P3
Displays/hides battery level and Wi-Fi signal strength
P4
Opens/closes ARBOR System Suite , an application program to control the
physical function keys P1 through P4 .
ARBOR System Suite allows users to associate a function key with a specific
application program installed on the computer to launch the application
program when the function key is hit. See
4.1.3. Customize Function Keys
on page 67 for the setting.
