Writing and editing a
text message
The following general rules apply when
writing a text message (directory entries,
Emails, messages):

Move the cursor within the text by
means of the control key

Open the editor menu by means of the
display key

Characters are added to the left of the
cursor.

Delete the character to the left of the
cursor with the display key

The first letter in a text input field and
in a new sentence (after a full stop and
space "

") are automatically written as
capitals. Lower case letters follow.
Exceptions:
input fields for URI and
Email addresses.
