10.7 Armrests
WARNING!
Never exert physical force on the armrests, regardless of
the
treatment table’s
surface setting. Non-compliance with these
instructions may permanently damage the support structure. RISK OF
TIPPING! BREACH DANGER! RISK OF INJURY!
NOTICE!
Please note that the armrests must always be
in the basic
position
(see fig. 6) before you adjust the position of the backrest.
Otherwise the armrests may collide with the floor, get jammed and / or
be seriously damaged (see fig. 7 and fig. 8).

10.7.1 Pneumatically adjustable armrests

The armrests of the 601 can be lowered or raised individually using a gas spring
(„
HANDS FREE OPERATION
”
/ see also chapter 10.5
GAS SPRINGS
).

By operating the lever on the respective side and by applying slight pressure, these
can also be adjusted infinitely.
❖
The pneumatically adjustable armrests of the 601 can also be swiveled.
To do this, pull the locking pin and push the armrests outwards.
Move the armrests towards the bed until the locking pin snaps in place and you
hear a click.
❖
Hence the bed is ideal for back massages (see fig. below).

By swiveling the armrests, you can also move closer to the head of the person to
be treated during cosmetic treatments or facial massages.
