10.6 Headrest
WARNING!
Never exert physical force on the headrest, regardless of
the
treatment table’s
surface setting. Non-compliance with these
instructions can permanently damage the support structure. RISK OF
TIPPING! RISK OF BREAKAGE! RISK OF INJURY!
Use the locking pin to adjust the headrest, which is located under the headrest.
Pull the locking pin and adjust the headrest. Make sure that the locking pin audibly
engages again after setting.
The inclination angle of the headrest is manually adjustable in five preset levels
(+ 10°, 0°, -10°, -20°, - 90° ) (s. figures).
The headrest can also be pulled out manually by a maximum of 7 cm and
removed. The extension range of the headrest is limited to 7 cm via locking pin.
To extend the headrest, loosen the knurled screw and pull out the headrest
together with the mount as desired. Then tighten the knurled screw again.
The locking pin is located on the backrest frame, below the locking pin for
adjusting the inclination angle of the headrest (s. fig. 3).
NOTICE!
Be sure to tighten the knurled screw again. Otherwise the
headrest may fall out and damage the 601 and/or your customer may be
injured! RISK OF DAMAGE! RISK OF INJURY!
