The electronic system checks and
controls the heating temperature in
relation to the ambient temperature.
The heating bushes and the
housing of the heating station are
hot! Danger of burning!
An acoustic signal indicates the end
of the fusion process at which time
the red signal lamp on the front of the
BCF Plus machine will go out.
The BCF Plus machine can be disconnected from the power supply for a
maximum of
10 seconds
during the fusion process for the fusion to be still
considered OK.
Never open the clamping devices
before the cooling time ends.
Removing the parts from the clamps
too early can lead to faulty fusion
results.
After cooling time is over the status
display appears:
(OK) = Fusion process
(parameter) is OK
(NOK) = Fusion process
(parameter) is not OK
4. Confirm
with
ENTER button.
Protocol are stored automatically after
each welding.
5. Open the clamping devices and
check fusion bead.
If a printer is attached and/or with
WIN WELD formatted USB stick,
current welding protocol or label are
print out/stored automatically
