Operating test
During the operating test, the following fully-installed components of the drive are
tested:
•
Controller
•
Motor and rotary transducer
•
Battery
•
Locking device
•
Transformer
Conditions
•
The electrical and mechanical installation has now been completed.
•
The motor, controller, transformer, battery and locking device are mounted and
connected.
•
The controller has not yet been initialised with the "Learn" function.
•
A display program switch is connected.
•
The toothed-belt lock (optional) must be locked ("bolt comb" fully engages in
toothed belt).
•
The bolt lock (optional) must be locked (locking bolt extended completely).
Unplug battery after operating test and leave unplugged until commissioning.
The components are not tested individually.
Danger of electric shock!

The electrical system (230 V) may only be connected and disconnected by a
qualified electrician.

Add an r.c.c.b.
➮
Connect the r.c.c.b. to all metal parts which could be touched, and check the
connection.
If a bolt lock is installed, the parameter
®T
= 04 must be set in the 4th menu before
the operating test is started.
