Air lock or vestibule via a program selector (with DCU1
only)
The air lock and vestibule functions are only available with standard sliding doors
(DCU1).
Air lock: Two sliding doors use the same program selector. A door only opens when
the other one is closed.
Vestibule: Two sliding doors use the same program selector.
Commissioning of an air lock or
vestibule system
1. Commission the inner door (main controller) as with a single system.
At this time, the outer door (secondary controller) is de-energised.
2. Switch off the inner door.
3. Commission the outer door as with a single system. During this time the inner door
is de-energised.
4. In the menu item

6. Switch off the system and start both systems simultaneously.
These functions are not allowed with sliding doors in escape paths
(DCU1-2M).
With the air lock and vestibule, the program selector only displays the fault
messages of the main controller.

Only connect the power supply of the display program switch to the
internal door during operation of both systems.
•
Supply the display program switch with the power of the outer door during
outer door commissioning.
