This mode was implemented in EHS6 Release 1 for activating the 

USAT

 inter-

face. As of EHS6 Release 2 the mode is deprecated and no longer effective. 

USAT

 can now be used in Automatic or Explicit Response Mode depending on 

AT^SSTA

 settings.
