AT+CRLP   Configure RLP Parameters for Outgoing Non-Trans-
parent Data Calls

The 

AT+CRLP

 write command sets radio link protocol (RLP) parameters used when non-transparent data calls 

are originated. The read command returns the current settings for the supported RLP version 0.
