A4 STATISTICS

CHAPTER 6: ACTUAL VALUES

•

INTERLOCK COUNTER

: This is the total number of switch closures read by the MM3 

Motor Manager 3 on a programmable input that has been configured to “INTERLOCK 
COUNTER”. 

•

NUMBER OF STARTS

: This is the total number of contactor operations. When the MM3 

Motor Manager 3 receives feedback into either contactor status input to confirm that 
one of the main contactors have closed, this counter will increment.

•

TOTAL TRIPS

: When the MM3 Motor Manager 3 trips for any reason, this value is 

incremented. It is the sum of all of the individual causes of trip.

•

OVERLOAD TRIPS

: This value is incremented when an overload trip occurs.

•

THERMISTOR TRIPS

: This value is incremented when a thermistor trip occurs.

•

GROUND FAULT TRIPS

: This value is incremented when a ground fault trip occurs.

•

SINGLE PHASE TRIPS

: This value is incremented when a single phase trip occurs.

•

ACCELERATION TRIPS

: This value is incremented when an acceleration trip occurs.

•

UNDERCURRENT TRIPS

: This value is incremented when an undercurrent trip occurs.

•

UNDERPOWER TRIPS

: This value is incremented when an underpower trip occurs.

•

STALLED ROTOR TRIPS

: This value is incremented when a stalled rotor trip occurs.

•

CONTROL COMMAND TRIPS

: If a control trip occurs, this value is incremented (i.e. 

plant interlock, local isolator etc.).
