 TEST CONFIGURATION

The test configuration settings are programmed as follows:

•

DISPLAY CONTACTOR MONITORING

: This message enables or disabled contactor 

monitoring during simulation tests and prevents open control circuit and welded 
contactor alarms.

•

MONITOR DISABLED FOR

: Selects the desired length of time that monitoring will be 

disabled. 

•

DISABLE STATISTICS LOGGING

: This setpoint determines whether statistics are 

accumulated during simulation tests (for example, number of starts, etc.).

Test Relays 
and LEDs

PATH: S7 TESTING

 TEST RELAYS & LEDS

To verify correct operation of output relay wiring, each output relay and status indicator 
can be manually forced on or off via the keypad or serial port. Testing is only allowed if 
there is no phase and ground current present, no trips are present, the 

RELAYS & LEDS 

SIMULATION

 setpoint is ON, and setpoint access is enabled.

If the test is attempted while current is present, the setpoint will be forced to “NORMAL 
MODE” and the 

RELAY TEST BLOCKED - CURRENT PRESENT

 flash message will be 

displayed for 3 seconds.

If any trips are present, the setpoint will be forced to NORMAL MODE and the 

SIMULATION 

BLOCKED - TRIP PRESENT

 flash message will be displayed for 3 seconds. 

If testing is attempted via the serial port while phase or ground current is present, a trip is 
present, or the 

RELAYS & LEDS SIMULATION

 setpoint is OFF, an error code will be returned.

The following values can be chosen for the
