Upper figure:
The figure shows the schematic setup of the rotor head. The black or red rubber rings can be used to influence the rotor
head dampening (soft or hard). The individual work steps for disassembly are marked with numbers in the drawing.
The rotor head was built with soft buffer rubbers (black) ex works. For harder rotor head reconciliation, the rotor
head includes red buffer rubbers.
Important!
Observe that the inner bearing disc of the axial ball bearing in the main rotor blade holder has a large bore (see
top right sketch).
Lower figure:
The figure shows the assembly of the tail rotor drive. The individual work steps are marked with numbers in the drawing.
1.
Press the front bevel gear onto the drive shaft together with the bearings.
2.
Push the shaft into the tailboom. The supporting ball bearing must be at the centre of the drive shaft. For easier
installation, the supporting ball bearing holder should be oiled slightly on the outside.
When installing the tail drive, observe correct tooth backlash of the front bevel gear.

Pages 21 to 28 show the explosion drawings of the individual assemblies with the associated spare parts designations and
spare parts numbers.
Attention!
Please observe that the 6-digit numbers in the manufacturer’s manual are no Conrad order numbers!
For the current list of spare parts with the corresponding Conrad Electronic order numbers, see www.conrad.com
in the download area of the respective model helicopters.
