Press the following remote control buttons to navigate within disc menus:
Playing MP3 CDs
You can play MP3 files that have been burned (recorded) onto a CD-R or CD-RW.
To play an MP3 CD:

Insert a CD-R or CD-RW disc containing MP3 files into the disc tray. The
MP3 main screen opens.

To select a different folder, use the arrow buttons to highlight the name
of the folder you want, then press
ENTER

Press to display the disc menu for the currently loaded
disc.
Press to move the cursor left, right, up, and down in the
disc menu.
ENTER
Press to make selections in the disc menu.
0-9
Press to make direct selections in some disc menus.
RETURN
Press to display the previous menu or to close the disc
menu.
CLEAR
Press to erase a character when entering names in some
menus.
Important
To ensure proper playback of discs burned from MP3 files,
make sure that the files on the MP3 CD have been
recorded at a bit rate of at least 128 kbps.
If there are any gaps (blank data) on multi-session discs,
you may experience playback problems.
Important
Depending on the number of tracks or folders on the CD,
the player may take up to one minute to read the CD.
If the CD contains multiple folders, only the first folder’s
contents are displayed.
Folder track names are abbreviated to twelve characters.
