The search function of the power outlet overview
With large
HardBoot
systems, it sometimes can be difficult to find a certain power
outlet in the power outlet overview.
If you know the name of the power outlet, it is recommended to use the search func-
tion to find the power outlet in the overview.
How to search for a certain power outlet within the overview:
1. Enter the initial letter of the name or the complete name of the power outlet to
the field

2. If the power outlet you are searching for is marked in the overview, it can be
switched (see “Switching the power supply” on page
19).
The search function browses the names of the power outlets from front to back.
Always start your search for a power outlet with the initial letter of the name.

After the entry of
each
letter, the marker in the power outlet overview is reset.
For example, after the initial letter “F” of FTP has been entered, the
HardBoot
view
sets the marker on the first power outlet that starts with an “F”.
