Display on the illuminated ring
The control knobs have an illuminated ring that offers
various display options. See the section entitled
"Troubleshooting" for more information.

Operation
Frying basket holder
Before deep frying, swivel up the frying basket holder
and then firmly press it down fully.
To fold it in after deep frying, compress the frying
basket holder slightly at the side and pull it up.
Deep frying
Only turn the deep fryer on once the deep fryer basin
is filled with oil or fat at least to the minimum mark.
Chop up deep frying fat and distribute it evenly
around the basin. Thaw deep frozen fat first.

2 Press in the temperature control knob and set the
required temperature. The illuminated ring behind
the right-hand control knob flashes. The
illuminated ring lights up constantly once the set
temperature has been reached.
3 Fill the frying basket on a countertop next to the
deep fryer (not in or above the deep fryer).
