PRIMERGY RX600 S4 User's Guide

Be sure to keep the removed slot cover for later use.
When operating the server without expansion cards, attach the slot cover to keep dust away 
from the server. 

5

For slot 1 through 4, remove the dummy card from the PCI card holder, and 
attach the expansion card on the PCI card holder.

1. Lift the stopper latches or slightly bend the PCI card holder outward to remove the 

dummy card.

2. Slide the stoppers, and remove them.

3. Attach the expansion card on the PCI card holder, and fasten it with the stoppers.

Use stoppers in three locations depending on the card.
