5.4 Solving Problems Early [DSNAP]
DSNAP is a tool for collectively acquiring failure investigation information such as
server environment information.
OS installation using ServerStart
` When the OS has been installed using ServerStart, DSNAP has been also installed together with the
OS as well as other high reliability tools.
5.4.1 Installing DSNAP

For Windows Server 2003 x64
Copy the following file stored in PRIMERGY Startup Disc on the hard disk in the server.
[CD/DVD drive]:\PROGRAMS\Japanese\DSNAPx64\DSNAPx64.EXE

For Windows Server 2003
When installing DSNAP separately, copy the following file stored in PRIMERGY Startup Disc on the
hard disk in the server.
[CD/DVD drive]:\PROGRAMS\Japanese\DSNAP\DSNAP.EXE

Refer to the following file stored in PRIMERGY Startup Disc. Open the file by using a program such as
text editor.
