Section 10: Troubleshooting and Maintenance
This section suggests how to diagnose and solve problems that you may encounter, describes the
displayed messages, explains how to clean optical ports and charge the battery. Please use the following
sequence of steps if there is a problem.
1 Review the "Troubleshooting" section (page 64 and 65) for problem solving information.
2 If you can't solve the problem on your own, contact Noyes for further assistance.
Be sure to have the following information available before you contact Technical Support.
• Product name and serial number (printed on the back of the unit).
• Purchase data.
• Description of the problem including any error messages that were displayed.
