3-9. [I]:MAIN PWB Initialize
[Adjustment environment and precautions]
• When the MAIN PWB ASSY has been replaced, always carry out the "MAIN PWB Initialize" procedure before performing any
other adjustments. The adjustments cannot be made correctly without first carrying out the "MAIN PWB Initialize" procedure.
• Use the SD card (for BOOT).
• If you carry out the "MAIN PWB Initialize" procedure when the MAIN PWB ASSY has not been replaced, all adjusted data will
be reset to the default settings. In this event, carry out all the adjustments (excluding Firmware Download).
• Because the internal memory is formatted during the "MAIN PWB Initialize" procedure, take particular not to erase customer
data when working on repair products.

SD card(BOOT only) Copy ZJ01970-100 and Firmware to SD card
NP-W126 Battery jig ZJ01936-100
<Settings for MAIN PWB Initialize>
<Step 1>
[Firmware Download]
(1) Insert the SD card(BOOT only) to the card slot.
(2) Connect Power cable (or jig).
(3) Switch camera power ON while pressing the Fn button and Command lever .
(4) Ensure that the LED. [GREEN blinking] -> [RED lighting] -> [ORANGE lighting] -> [RED/GREEN blinking] -> [GREEN
lighting]
(5) Turn the camera off.
(6) Remove the Power cable (or jig) from the camera.
(7) Remove the SD card from the camera.
*Does not USB cable during Firmware Download.
