The AC adapter may be used during all adjustments using the DC jack except for DC jack voltage adjustment.

4-6. Setup for Adjustments
(1) Setup for Camera Adjustment (Fig.A)

Adjust the distance between the reference surface(*1)
and the pattern box to a maximum of 50mm.
Place the filter (LB140) firmly against the reference
surface.
1) Color temperature: 6100±50K (with LB140 filter)
Measurement position: Middle of pattern box
Measuring instrument: Minolta Color Meter IIIF or equiv-
alent
* Measuring color temperature
Place the filter (LB140) firmly against the pattern box.
Adjust the color temperature of the pattern box to
6100±50K with the filter (LB140) against the color
thermometer.
2) Luminance: 160±5cd/m
2
(with LB140 filter)
Measurement position: Middle of pattern box
Measuring instrument: Minolta luminance meter LS-
110 or equivalent
* Measuring luminance
Place the filter (LB140) firmly against the pattern box.
Adjust the luminance of the pattern box to 160±5cd/m
2
with the filter (LB140) against the luminance meter.
