the TCP tips and record in the coordi-
nate system of the robot
Fitting the robot

When carrying out the following work, position the robot arm and the torch body cou-
pling so that
-
the Unlock/Lock button on the torch body changeover station can be pressed with
one hand
-
the torch body can be placed onto or removed from the torch body coupling with
the other hand
Hold the torch body on the robot arm with one hand
CAUTION!
Risk of injury from escaping compressed air and flying parts from the
torch body coupling. During the activities described below, always wear the fol-
lowing protective equipment:
-
ear protection
-
protective goggles with side protection
-
gloves - electrically insulated and providing protection against heat
CAUTION!
Risk of injury from razor-sharp TCP tips. Do not touch the pointed end
of the TCP tips.
