MANUAL CLEANING OF APPLIANCE
Disconnect the main electric power (or disconnect the electric plug) before cleaning the ap-
pliance (at the end of the day or when required).
– Lift the protection of the bowl.
– Clean the bowl and its protection.
– Wash the kneader tool and the screw feeder, rinse and dry them thoroughly.
– Remove the used moulds and dip them in hot water to help eliminate leftover dough.
– Refit the kneader tool.
– Lower the protection of the bowl.
– Thoroughly clean the work top and all surrounding areas.
– Clean the outside surfaces of the appliance using a damp cloth or sponge.
Caution - Warning
Only use suitable detergents for cleaning. Never use corrosive, flammable cleaning
products or products containing toxic substances for personal health.
