Proceed as follows:

Dismantling

1. Loosen the CPA valve terminal from the mounting

surface (see section "Dismantling the CPA valve ter-
minal" in this chapter).

2. Unclamp the CPA valve terminal. To do this loosen

the fastening screws of all the components in the
valve locations  by two turns. Dismantle all the com-
ponents which you wish to remove from the valve
locations (see section "Replacing valve, reserve and
additional pressure supply plates" in this chapter).

3. Dismantle the appropriate end plate and pull the

valve locations  away from the tie rods. If necessary,
remove also the appropriate valve locations (see
section "Replacing the end plate, sub-base or man-
ifold block" in this chapter).

4. Adapt the tie rods to the new number of valve

locations (see tables for the tie rod components and
Fig. 5/13).

PLEASE NOTE
When extending the CPA valve terminal with tie rod
extension, make sure that the latter is flush with the
basis tie rod. Use the tie rod extension only for 2
additional valve locations. Further tie rod extensions
are not permitted.

5. Maintenance and conversion
