1.1 Summary of variants
Festo supports your automation task at the machine
level with CPA valve terminals. The modular structure of
the CP system enables you to optimally integrate the
CPA valve terminals and I/O modules in your machine
or system.
Due to its compact structure, the CPA valve terminal
can be fitted very closely to the actuators to be control-
led. As a result, shorter compressed air tubing can be
used. Flow losses are thereby minimized and the time
required for pressurizing and exhausting the com-
pressed air tubing is reduced. This is made possible by
the use of very compact valves with sufficient flow,
thereby reducing costs.
