5. Place the components on the sub-base
6. Screw the components at first lightly and then
tighten with
- CPA10: 0.2 Nm (+0.05 Nm)
- CPA14: 0.3 Nm (+0.1 Nm)
Before a valve plate can be fitted on a CPA valve termi-
nal with IC connection, the following steps are necess-
ary:
1. Carefully place the marked IC connection plugs onto
the terminal lugs of the relevant solenoid coils.
2. Tighten the locking screws on the plugs with
0.2 Nm.
5.3.2 Replacing/fitting the surface silencer
Proceed as follows:
1. Loosen the four fastening screws of the surface
silencer or end plate cover.
2. Remove the surface silencer or the end plate cover
from the end plate.
3. Check the seal between the end plate and the sur-
face silencer for damage. If necessary, replace the
seal.
4. Make sure that the seal is seated correctly. It must
lie in the groove of the sub-base.
5. Place the new surface silencer on the end plate
and tighten the fastening screws in diagonally oppo-
site sequence with 0.7 Nm (+ /- 0.1 Nm).
