5.3.3 Replacing the end plate, sub-base or manifold block

Dismantling

1. Loosen the electrical and pneumatic connections

(see this chapter "Dismantling the CPA valve termi-
nal").

2. Loosen the CPA valve terminal from the mounting

surface (see this chapter "Dismantling the CPA
valve terminal").

3. Place the CPA valve terminal on a flat working sur-

face.

4. In order to replace the sub-base,

Remove the pin-type inserts from the sub-base to be
replaced. Unlock the pin-type inserts by removing
the clamping spring with a screwdriver. Pull the pin-
type inserts out of the sub-base (see diagram). Use
a screwdriver for this purpose.
