CH27 ACR & ACC

ADJUSTING CHIP LENGTH

1. Lock the knife disk with lock pin A.

2. Move the anvils to their outermost position so that the 

knives do not strike each other after adjusting.

3. Loosen the nuts for knife holder B.

4. Adjust the perpendicular distance of both ends of knife 

C from the edge of the knife disk. If necessary, tap the kni-

fe holder with a wooden or rubber mallet. The chip length 

can be adjusted between 5-25 mm. If you would like  

a longer chip length, move the knife holder farther away 

from the feed chute.
