4. Automatic Test
The automatic test function is widely used in quality inspection. The principle of the
automatic test function is: the load executes the test steps in programmed order
according to the automatic test file. In each test step, the load is loaded in specified mode
(CC, CV, CR, CP) for a period of time, in the mean time the voltage, current and power are
checked to see if they are within the specified range. After running all the test steps, the
final result PASS or FAIL is given. The automatic test function can significantly improve the
detection efficiency.
4.1. Edit Auto Test File
The FT68200 series load can store up to 50 automatic test files, and each automatic
file supports up to 20 test steps. The method and steps for editing the automatic test file
are described below.
1. Press (Menu) to go to main menu;
2. Select “AUTO” sub menu under “Edit”, press to select auto test file;
3. Rotate the knob or input number to select an auto test file to be edited, press
to go to auto test edit page, the cursor is in “Length” as shown below.
