3.9. Trigger
Trigger function are used in dynamic test and automatic test. The trigger signal can
make the dynamic pulse mode generate pulses, make the dynamic toggle mode generate
current switching, or control the automatic test step to run to the next step. The FT68200
series load has 3 kinds of trigger signal sources.

Keyboard trigger, press to perform a trigger once;

External trigger (TTL level), FT68200 series provide an “INHIBIT” port on its rear
panel, when this port behavior is configured to “Trigger” then it can be used as
an external trigger signal input terminal. Just set "EXT-S" in “Set”->”APG” sub
menu to “Trigger”, apply a low pulse to the INHIBIT terminal, and the load will
perform a trigger operation;
 Bus trigger, after the load receives the trigger command, it will perform a trigger
operation.
Notice: The trigger source does not need to be configured, keyboard trigger, external
trigger and bus trigger are valid at the same time.
3.10. Von & Voff
When the output voltage of the DUT rises or falls slowly, this function can protect the DUT.
When the voltage of the DUT rises to higher than Von, it will start to load; when the
voltage is lower than Voff, it will automatically unload; when the voltage is higher than
Von again, the load will be loaded again. The working curve is shown in the figure below.
