Vertical Actuator Shocks - 10” System

VMD

Testing shocks on 10” units (Cont’d)

1. Insure all four shocks are set and secure.
2. Apply air pressure to the system, the air pressure should be set between 70 and 80

PSI.

3. When air is supplied the door should move to the good product position.
4. Turn off the metal detector, the door should move to the product reject position.
5. For each position verify proper door position, adjust shocks as needed.
6. Turn on the metal detector and test the system.
