Appendix F: Packaging Components and Packaging (continued)

Packaging Insructions:

1)

Place R100 and RAS Air Sampler Components in the Component Tray, and tubing in the Spacer pocket,
as shown on the previous page.

2)

Assemble the packaging contents as shown below, and described in steps A-D

A) Place Component Tray Cover on Component Tray and set Carboard Spacer on top of Component tray
B) Lay the outer shipping box flat on its’ side, and slide the Component Tray and Spacer into the box.

C) Stand box up and asssure the Component Tray and Cardboard Spacer are fully pushed into the box
D) Fold the outer box flaps closed and tape the shipping box securely closed.
