Important Note:
Spraying the unit would potentially allow the disinfectant to enter into the
Flow path, power and communications ports and damage these components, causing
it to fail.

Don a pair of clean or sterile gloves
Note
:
Gloved hands should be frequently sanitized with a disinfectant (e.g., 70% alcohol) throughout this
procedure.

R100 Sanitization:
2.1
Before sanitizing the R100, disconnect the DC power supply cable, and insert the supplied Blower Exhaust
Port Plug (Blue), attach the Ethernet Port Cap (Attached Cap), and insert the USB Port Plug (small black
plug), to protect the receptacles, as shown in the following images:

Sanitize the exterior of the R100, power supply and associated cables (if applicable), and IR Remote (if
applicable), with a wipe saturated with disinfectant. It is ideal to wipe the components with a primary
disinfectant (eg., Quaternary Ammonium) followed by a secondary disinfectant, preferably 70% IPA, or
Ethanol to remove disinfectant residues.
