Basic setup
2.8.1
Sensor operation mode
The level detector has three operation modes:
Normal (Rosemount 2140 only)
Default mode with no sensor fault detection enabled.
Enhanced wet
Optional mode where the
Sensor State
device variable is forced to a ‘wet state’
while sensor faults are detected. (Default mode on Rosemount 2140:SIS).
Enhanced dry
Optional mode where the
Sensor State
device variable is forced to a ‘dry state’
while sensor faults are detected.
