Release the lock nut (

) of the hydraulic shock absorber and
remove the hydraulic shock absorber (
25
) from the stop sleeve
(

) by unscrewing it.

Manually position the slide (

) in the desired end position and
secure it against accidental travel.
3.
Turn the new hydraulic shock absorber (
25
) into the stop
sleeve (
27
) until the slide (
1
) moves.
NOTICE
Damage to the stroke limitation bolt!
If the end stop is set incorrectly, the mini slide moves against
the stroke limitation bolt (

).

Make sure that the mini slide always moves against the end
stop/stroke limitation bolt (

) with the stop sleeve (
27
).
O
Only the plunger of the hydraulic shock absorber (

) may
extend from the stop sleeve (
27
).
You can replace the hydraulic shock absorber (

) without
losing the stroke setting. Use only AVENTICS shock
absorbers.
