Assembly
The number of mounting screws depends on the stroke. You
require at least the following number:
W
Stroke 10 – 50 mm: 2 mounting screws
W
Stroke 80 – 200 mm: 3 mounting screws
O
Ensure that there is enough installation space for the
pneumatic connections, the control parts and a potential
cushioning replacement.
O
Only mount the mini slide on a flat surface.
O
Observe tension-free installation and plan the mounting of
parts.
Mounting from above
O
Ensure that the mini slide is positioned level on the mounting
surface.
WARNING
Dangerous movements!
Danger of death, injuries or damage to property!
O
Always make sure that the relevant system part is not under
voltage or pressure before you assemble the device. Protect
the system against being switched on.
O
Before switching the system back on make sure that the
movement of the slide does cause any danger to persons.
CAUTION
Danger due to masses that suddenly drop down.
Danger of injuries or damage to property!
O
Ensure that the slide has reached a stable position when it
is at a standstill (e.g. the lowest point or by securing it with
an end position lock).
NOTICE
Damage due to improper handling
Reduction of service life!
O
Handle the mini slide in such a way that no damage is
incurred on the slide guide.
The mini slide should always be mounted with centering
rings.

Transport and storage
Pneumatic components typically have elastomer seals that are
subject to a constant process of aging. Therefore devices that were
stored longer than two years have a shorter service life.
The aging process can be accelerated by heat and light (UV rays).
O
If you are unsure about the status of the elastomer seals,
