Adapting the list: Opens the menu to adjust the columns that are
to be displayed.
List output: Opens the menu to output the list as csv file or pdf
report at the selected drive (define the drive at settings), at a
connected USB flash drive or to print it on a connected printer.
The progress bar indicates how long it will take for the triggered action to be completed
and how much time has already elapsed since it was triggered.
