The use of organic detergents that do
not contain phosphates can lead to the
following:
The rinse water may appear dirty:
This effect is due to released zeolites,
which do not have a negative effect on
rinsing results.
White dust (zeolites) on finished
laundry:
This is normal, the dust is not absorbed
by the fibres and does not affect their
colour.
Foam in the final rinse water:
This does not mean that rinsing is
unsatisfactory.
Excessive foaming:
This is often due to anionic surfactants,
which may be present in detergents and
which can be difficult to eliminate from
the laundry. The laundry does not need
to be rinsed again; this will not prevent
foaming.
If the problem persists or if you suspect
a malfunction, contact an authorised
service centre.
It is recommended that genuine
replacement parts are always fitted;
these can be ordered from our
authorised service centres.
