If you think the washing machine is not working the way it should, please read the

issues.
ERROR CODES
Troubleshooting and guarantee

Models with display:
an error is indicated by the letter “E” followed by a digit
(example: Error 2 = E2).
•
Models without display:
an error is indicated by all the lights flashing several times,
followed by a 5-second pause. The number of times they flash indicates the error code
(example: Error 2 = two flashes – 5-second pause – two flashes, and so on).

No water supply to machine.
Check that the tap is turned on.
Check that the water hose is not kinked, squashed or blocked.
Drain hose is not at the correct height (see section on installation).
Turn off the tap, unscrew the water hose from the rear of the
machine and check that the sand filter is not blocked.
E3 (with display) lights flash 3
times (without display)
Washing machine is not emptying.
Check that the filter is not blocked.
Check that the drain hose is not kinked, squashed or blocked.
Check that the household drain system is not blocked and allows
water to drain away freely. For instance, try emptying a sink filled
with water.
E4 (with display) lights flash 4
times
(without display)
Excess foam and/or water.
Check that you have not used too much detergent or a product
that is not intended for use in a washing machine.
E7 (with display) lights flash 7
times
(without display)
Problem with the lid.
Check that the lid is properly closed. Make sure that garments in
the machine are not preventing the lid from closing properly.
If the lid is blocked, turn off the machine and unplug it or turn off
the electricity supply, wait for 2–3 minutes and open the lid.
Some other code
Turn off the machine and unplug it or turn off the electricity supply,
wait for one minute. Turn on the machine and start a programme.
If the problem persists, contact an authorised service centre.
