Removing and replacing components

REMOVE
THE
INTERFACE
BOARD
1.
Remove the Fiery X3eTY from the print engine, (see page 10).
2.
Remove the two screws that connect the interface board to the pan (see Figure B on
page 5).
You do not need to remove the rail or the two jackscrews.
3.
Disconnect the interface board from the bottom slot of the extender card.
Lift out the interface board from the pan. Set the board and the screws aside.

1.
Insert the interface board into the bottom slot of the extender card.
2.
Attach the interface board to the pan with the two screws you removed earlier.
3.
Reassemble the unit and verify functionality (see page 34).
