STARTING
Before first use
•
Read all instructions and important information.
•
Remove all packaging, including labels and stickers and wipe the surface with a damp dishwashing cloth.
Make sure that all the parts were supplied in good condition.

Wash all accessories and the cooking vessel in warm water with a sponge. Rinse off the detergent well and
dry everything thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaning products, scrubbers or metal utensils, the non-
stick surface could be damaged. Do not use dishwasher.
•
Never immerse the appliance, cable or plug in water
.
•
Place the pressure cooker on a flat, heat resistant and non flammable surface.
Opening, closing and removing the lid
Opening the lid
If the lid is closed (fig. 1), turn the lid by the handle

clockwise (fig. 2) and lift the lid in vertical position (fig. 3).

Closing the lid
If the lid is open (fig. 4), close it by the handle (fig. 5) and turn the lid counterclockwise (fig. 6).
