Checklist for the electrical installation
Is wiring installed from the Supply Point to the Control Panel ?
Is the supply voltage correct?
Is the
Reference Meter
installed according to instructions?
Have current transformers be installed in correct orientation?
Is the signal cable from the
Reference Meter
connected to the
Control Panel
?
Has the remaining supply, control and signal cables routed and connected according to
instructions?
Have correct fuses been fitted?
Is there cable containment between EC POWER components?
Mount the PT100 sensors in the sensor pockets on the buffer/storage tanks.
Mount a switched fuse 230 V outlet for the Heat Distributor
Power cable between the Power Unit and the Control Panel (with 63 A CEE female connector).
Control cable(s) between Power Unit and the Control Panel.
When all of these questions can be answered, the system is ready for commissioning.
Commissioning dates will not be confirmed until the signed checklist has been returned to EC
POWER A/S.
