STEP 6
CLEANING THE EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL OPTICAL PARTS
• Using the
Clean
spray (photo 34 ), clean the glass end of the applicator (optical guide).
To do this, apply the
Clean
spray beforehand to a lint-free cloth, and clean the optical
guide.
• Before repositioning the mobile part of the applicator, systematically clean the
filter
(in
the head of the applicator) on both sides using the
Clean
spray. (photos 34 & 35 ). The
filter
is the flat element of red-coloured glass (see steps for the removal of internal
optical parts).

NOTE:
We recommend that the filter should be replaced whenever the
optic
cartridge is replaced.

OPTIC
CARTRIDGE
PRECAUTIONS:
During the entire procedure for the replacement of the
optic
cartridge you must not, under any circumstances, touch the following:
- The tube or its reflector (photo
32
).
- The electrodes of the tube (photo 33 ).
If you have accidentally touched the tube or its reflector, we strongly recommend
that you return your
Optic
cartridge to us so that it can be replaced (return and new
shipment costs will not be assumed by E-Swin SAS).
