FLASHING
IMPORTANT:
Do not apply flash treatment to the peri-ocular region
(situated under the
Mask
glasses which protect the eyes, eyebrows,
eyelashes, etc.).
• When
is used in “Hair removal” mode, the number of flashes will
decrease 1 by 1.
•
Mask
glasses are provided for both you and your patient, and must be
worn. If other persons are close to you during the operation of
,
they must also wear
Mask
glasses.
• In order to apply flash treatment, the glass end of the applicator (optical
guide) must be applied flush to the skin. Pressure must then be applied
in order to “engage” the head of the applicator.
• The flash can then be triggered by pressing the button located at the front
of the applicator.
• The pressure must then be released and the applicator removed from
the skin.
• The applicator is then moved to the immediately adjacent area.
• Take care to stretch the skin where it is at its thinnest, in order to en-
sure that the glass element (optical guide) at the tip of the applicator is
correctly in contact with the skin.
NOTE:
• After 7 seconds of inactivity,
screen will switch over to standby mode. Flashing is still possible. Touch the screen to reactivate.
• After around fifteen minutes of inactivity,
will switch over to pause mode. Press the “play” icon

a red light on either side of the screen. The applicator must not
be used again until the green indicator light is illuminated. If
the applicator is pressed against the skin too early (before the
green indicator light is illuminated), it will not be possible to
trigger a flash.
