3-3 Diagnostics Test Item Menu
This section explains the Diagnostics screen.
On this dialog, you can select which tests you run and how you run them, then you can start the tests.
You can stop the tests during their running when you need.
You can also save log files for the tests in the external media such as a USB Memory.
3-3-1 Aging tests and Non-aging tests
The following items are grouped as Aging tests. If you like you can run them simultaneously, repeatedly and with “CPU Stress”.
Aging Tests: HDD PHYSICAL, HDD LOGICAL, MEMORY, USB STORAGE, SD STORAGE, WIRED LAN, CPU, GRAPHYCAL DISKPLAY,
TIMER.
Other than those, we call them “Non-Aging tests”. Each Non-Aging test is executed only once, and most of the tests require the
user’s intervention.
When you start the test items on "Diagnostic" by clicking [START] button and [Multitask] checkbox is checked, Non-Aging tests you
selected are executed first. Each Non-Aging test runs once in order. When all Non-Aging tests are done, Aging tests you selected will
start.
