Install the engine into the frame

Tighten three flange nuts M8 of the engine, use LOCTITE 243 

-

 

Secure the brake rod in the bracket with the nut M4 

-

 

CAUTION! the rod must move freely in the bracket  

-

 

CAUTION! do not tighten too much locking pins, self-locking nut M6, of the height adjustment, the lever 
must move freely to ensure proper function of the height adjusting

Connected connectors and wiring fasten with tie straps 

-

 

CAUTION!

 NEW ENGINES ARE DELIVERED WITHOUT ANY FILLING. Therefore fill the engine 

with oil 

SAE30

 up to max. level approx. 0,7l

Connect the main battery in order: first positive 

+

 then negative 

-

 terminal
