Install the wheel rim hub 

-

 

Clean and degrease the cone on the shaft and inside the hub 

-

 

Install the feather key, hub and the washer 

  

 

 

-

 

Screw the nut on the shaft ( use LOCTITE 243) and tighten it 100 Nm 

-

 

Install the wheel on the hub 60Nm 

-

 

Tighten the Bypass of the hydraulic pump  

 

6.14 Replacement of the wheel suspension 

 
-

 

Disconnect the battery and spark plug to prevent accidental starting of the machine and possible injury 

-

 

Lift or support the machine so that the wheels are off the ground and can turn freely 

-

 

Release the bypass valve on the hydraulic pump 2 turns 

 

 

-

 

Remove the wheel – 3x self securing nuts M10 + spring washers 

 

 

Degrease
