6.3 Replacement of hydraulic oil and filter

Remove hydraulic hose from the tank throat
-
Remove the throat from hydraulic tank together with hydraulic filter
-
CAUTION! throat is glued with silicone sealant
-
Exchanged hydraulic oil must be discarded in the prescribed manner
-
Remove and replace hydraulic filter, lubricate o-ring gasket with oil for easier insertion
-
In case of damage of expansion bellows, remove securing tie tapes and replace it with a new one
-
CAUTION! during installation of a new bellows, both ends must be thoroughly plugged on the bottom and
upper throat for a perfect tightness of the system. Both ends of the bellows secure with two tie tapes
-
Add HV68 hydraulic oil (about 2.5 l)

After addition of the oil, level should be 20 mm below the edge of the opening of the hydraulic tank
-
Clean the remains of the original silicone sealant around the opening, and from both sides of the throat and
degrease it
