In case of need replace bearings 6004-2RS – remove the securing ring pos.1.5 and press the bearings out
from the wheel hub
Mounting: (Take the above steps in reverse order)

Lubricate the shaft with a grease

Put it in the bearings, mind the spacing ring pos.1.3, install the securing ring pos.1.6, and new bearing seal,
pos.1.7
-
apply the sealant on the tensioner cover and install on the wheel housing (15Nm)

CAUTION! the chain must not twist
