6.13 Replacement of the wheel shaft, bearings and chain tensioners

Disconnect the battery and spark plug to prevent accidental starting of the machine and possible injury 

-

 

Lift or support the machine so that the wheels are off the ground and can turn freely 

-

 

Release the bypass valve on the hydraulic pump 2 turns 

 

 

-

 

Remove the wheel – 3x self securing nuts M10 + spring washers 

 

 

-

 

Release the main nut M12 and the flat washer 

 

 

-

 

Leave the nut on the thread to protect the shaft against any damage during disassembly
